Mini-Fairs

A portion of RACC schools visit a high school at the same time and set up tables, college fair style. The location can be anywhere on campus and will be determined by the counselor/school. In the past the mini fairs have been held during lunch, break, or free periods in/around a cafeteria, a library, classroom, lawn, etc.

Spring 2026 RACC Signature events, such as Mini Fairs, Mock Admissions Case Studies, and Why Go Out of State presentations, are open. Spring 2026 event requests will close on January 15th. Your respective Vice Chairperson will reach out to you after that date to provide additional information on your request.

As an additional component to the Mini Fair, we welcome the opportunity to present to large groups of students before the fair begins. The presentation can be done in as few as 20 minutes or as long as an hour.

What’s needed to host this event on your campus?

• Tables to accommodate the participating colleges.

• One chair per table.

• An auditorium/area with AV equipment and a sound system is ideal for the optional presentation.
